- We use candidate information to find you suitable roles. We share your profile with an employer only after you agree.
- Background checks run only with your separate written consent, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- We never sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing Info@dashitstaffingsolutions.com.
The summary is for convenience. If anything differs, the full text below applies.
1.Who we are
DASH IT Staffing Solutions LLC ("DASH", "we", "us") is a staffing and recruitment company based at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We serve employers and professionals in the United States and Canada. This policy covers this website and the recruiting services we provide. It does not cover the websites of employers or other third parties we link to.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, city and country.
- Candidate information: your resume, work history, education, skills, certifications and licenses, the roles and locations you are interested in, salary expectations and availability.
- Client information: your company, job title, the roles you are hiring for and details of the hiring brief.
- Anything else you choose to include in a message, a call or a form.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
- This is collected through cookies and similar tools described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from other sources
With your consent where required, we may receive information from references you name, from background screening providers, from professional networking sites where you have made your profile public, and from employers who interview you.
3.How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and book calls.
- To match candidates to roles, arrange interviews and support offers and onboarding.
- To present a candidate to an employer, only after the candidate has agreed to that specific role.
- To verify identity, experience and credentials, and to run background checks with consent.
- To meet legal obligations, including employment eligibility verification for people DASH hires.
- To send hiring and career updates you have subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
4.Background checks (FCRA)
Some roles require a background check. When one is needed we will give you a clear, standalone disclosure and ask for your written authorization before anything is run, as required by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and local laws.
If a decision might be based on a report, you will receive a copy of the report and a summary of your rights before the decision is final, so you have the chance to correct anything inaccurate. You can learn more about your rights at consumerfinance.gov.
5.E-Verify
DASH participates in E-Verify. For people DASH hires as employees, we use the information from the Form I-9 to confirm employment authorization with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration. E-Verify is used only after a job offer has been accepted and the Form I-9 completed. It is never used to pre-screen applicants. More information is available at e-verify.gov.
7.How long we keep information
We keep candidate and enquiry information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, normally up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep some records longer where the law requires it, such as payroll, tax and Form I-9 records for people DASH employs.
8.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive identifiers such as a Social Security number through the website forms. We will ask for those through a secure channel when they are genuinely needed.
9.Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct information that is inaccurate,
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law,
- stop sending you marketing emails.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the rights to know, delete, correct and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request, and we will verify your identity before acting on it.
Other U.S. states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others, have similar rights, including the right to appeal if we decline a request. To appeal, reply to our decision with the word "Appeal" in the subject line.

If you are in Canada, we handle your information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, where it may be accessible to U.S. authorities under U.S. law. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
